The California Reform Task Force is a non-partisan grassroots coalition of center-right activists dedicated to reforming California state government.  Launched in 2009 as part of the Tax Revolt 2009 movement, the Reform Task Force is dedicated to protecting taxpayers and reigning in out-of-control state government.

Mark Patlan, Executive Director

Mark Patlan is a longtime political activist and former Republican candidate for State Assembly for the 73rd Assembly District (Laguna Hills, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, San Clemente, Oceanside).  He has been involved in campaigns to control spending, limit taxes, and protect property rights.  Mr. Patlan is a member of the steering committee of the Citizen Power Campaign.
